Recently, Jiangsu HiPhi Automobile Co., Ltd. has been established, naming Jihad Mohammad as its legal representative and boasting a registered capital of approximately USD 143 million. This new entity is a collaborative effort between Human Horizons (Jiangsu) Technology Co., Ltd. and EV Electra Ltd., with the former holding a 30.2% stake and the latter commanding a 69.8% share. Notably, Human Horizons, the parent company behind the once-flourishing HiPhi Cars brand, had previously declared bankruptcy amidst management woes. However, the inception of this new company could herald a strategic reorganization and potential resurgence for the HiPhi brand.
