Tencent Cloud and autonomous driving pioneer WeRide have inked a cooperation agreement aimed at deepening their strategic partnership. This collaboration will focus on jointly advancing the commercial deployment of L4 autonomous Robotaxi services and exploring the integration of these services within Tencent's "Mobility Services" platform on WeChat and Tencent Maps. Tencent will offer cloud computing resources and map data support to WeRide, bolstering its technological research and development efforts as well as facilitating commercial operations. Furthermore, the two entities will collaborate on developing intelligent driving solutions tailored for overseas markets, thereby accelerating global expansion and development.
