NIO has recently embarked on another round of strategic personnel adjustments, focusing on the management of its regional subsidiaries. Notably, the previous general managers of the Tianjin and Dalian branches have stepped down due to personal reasons. Their roles are currently being temporarily assumed by the respective regional general managers of Ledao, who report directly to Qin Lihong, NIO's co-founder, and Shen Fei, the president of Ledao. Similar adjustments have been implemented in the Hangzhou and Wenzhou regions to maintain operational coherence. Additionally, Ai Tiecheng, the president of the Ledao brand, has also resigned, attributed to the brand's inability to meet its sales targets in March.
