These comments have placed IM Motors in an uncomfortable spot, especially after Liu Tao, Co-CEO of IM Motors, had highlighted just days earlier at the pre-sale launch of the new IM L6 that IM Motors was SAIC Motor's top priority project and its sole high-end brand.
