Foton Motor has announced its intention to subscribe for shares issued by BAIC BJEV to targeted investors, with a commitment not to exceed 2.5 billion yuan. The total funds to be raised by BAIC BJEV in this round do not exceed 6 billion yuan. Of this amount, BAIC Group plans to subscribe for up to 500 million yuan, while the remaining portion will be subscribed for by other investors in cash.
