XPeng Motors has unveiled a new "Smart Driving Insurance" program for its intelligent assisted driving technology, priced at an affordable 239 yuan per year. The initiative is a collaboration with five prominent insurance companies: PICC, Ping An Insurance, China Pacific Insurance, China Insurance, and Sunshine Insurance. This insurance plan is available to both new and existing car owners across XPeng's entire vehicle lineup. Notably, the coverage remains effective for five seconds after the Navigation Guided Pilot (NGP) system disengages, ensuring comprehensive protection across all driving scenarios. Furthermore, XPeng has launched additional programs such as the Assisted Driving Novice Test and Safety Training Camp, aimed at enhancing users' proficiency in intelligent driving and raising their safety awareness.
