BMW China has recently unveiled its integration with DeepSeek, marking a significant step in strengthening its local AI ecosystem. Prior to this, BMW had already forged a strategic alliance with Alibaba, focusing on the development of AI large language models. It is anticipated that the DeepSeek functionality will be incorporated into BMW's next-generation locally produced models, with the initial rollout scheduled for multiple new China-specific vehicles equipped with the 9th generation BMW Operating System, commencing in the third quarter of this year. This innovative feature is designed to elevate the human-machine interaction experience, leveraging the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant and deep thinking capabilities to deliver smarter and more seamless travel services to users.
