Ten departments, led by the Ministry of Transport, have jointly issued guiding opinions aimed at establishing a fundamental framework for the integrated development of transportation and energy by 2027. This framework envisages electric energy contributing 10% of the transportation industry's terminal energy consumption. Additionally, the installed capacity for non-fossil energy power generation along transportation infrastructure will reach no less than 5 million kilowatts, with a steady increase in local consumption. Concurrently, there will be a sustained rise in the proportion of new energy vehicles and the production capacity of green fuels.
