On April 24, Liu Min, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, announced at a press conference that Shanghai will be hosting an auto consumption carnival, inviting brand dealers and enterprises to participate in promotional activities. Additionally, Shanghai will enforce both national and local auto scrapping and renewal policies to foster the growth of the automotive consumption market.
