Nissan has announced plans to inject an additional RMB10 billion (approximately USD1.4 billion) into the Chinese market, aiming to bolster its presence in the country's fiercely contested automotive landscape. During a media interaction at the Shanghai Auto Show, Ma Zhixin, the head of Nissan's China operations, emphasized that the rapidly evolving Chinese market offers a promising environment for the advancement of electric vehicles. Nissan is determined to remain competitive in this arena, with the investment set to be fully realized by the end of 2026.
