BYD has issued an announcement regarding adjustments to its profit distribution plan for the year 2024, aiming to reward its shareholders through a combination of stock dividends and capital reserve fund transfers. As part of this plan, the company will distribute a cash dividend of 39.74 yuan (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held by all shareholders, amounting to a total of approximately 12.077 billion yuan. Furthermore, BYD will issue 8 bonus shares and transfer 12 shares from its capital reserve fund for every 10 shares owned by shareholders.
