On April 21, 2025, Anyi County, within Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, pioneered the issuance of the province's first open road license for unmanned logistics vehicles. This milestone was awarded to Nanchang Wangchi Robotics Technology, a subsidiary of Shanghai Master New Energy Technology. The license, endorsed collaboratively by six key departments encompassing the Science and Technology, Industry, and Information Technology Bureau, Public Security, and Transportation, paves the way for unmanned equipment logistics distribution vehicles to operate seamlessly on public roads. This initiative signifies a significant shift from the previous "limited scenario" or "gray operation" models, heralding a new era of regulatory compliance for smart logistics in Jiangxi Province.
