On April 22, at the 19th China International Machine Tool Exhibition, Zhong Chengbao, the chief engineer of Gree Electric Appliances in Zhuhai, disclosed that out of Gree Electric's total revenue of RMB 20 billion, industrial products aimed at the B-end market accounted for RMB 5 billion. He highlighted the stability of the smart equipment market and emphasized that domestic competition will ultimately hinge on product strength. At this exhibition, Gree Electric collaborated with Guangdong Hongtu Technology to unveil the "High-speed Dual-axis Five-axis Gantry Machining Center." This advanced machine is tailored for processing large integrated die-castings for new energy vehicles, boasting dual-axis and dual-beam intelligent collision prevention for precise and efficient one-clamping operations. Its structural stability surpasses that of traditional spliced machine tools. This equipment has already found application in automakers such as BBA and emerging car manufacturers. As for the humanoid robot supply chain, Zhong Chengbao noted that a substantial number of machine tools will be utilized in this burgeoning field. Despite its nascent stage, Gree Electric is already actively engaging in this area.
