CRRC Dalian has successfully delivered China's inaugural batch of 10 battery-powered locomotives, each with a power rating of 1,000 kilowatts. These innovative locomotives are designed for production transportation within steel enterprises, effectively replacing highly polluting diesel counterparts. Utilizing high-capacity lithium iron phosphate batteries and advanced liquid-cooled fast-charging technology, they can achieve a full charge in just 70 minutes. Furthermore, they incorporate unmanned intelligent transportation capabilities, complemented by auxiliary observation systems and digital flat shunting systems. These features aim to propel the modernization and intelligentization of transportation methods, thereby supporting the green transformation of traditional industries.
