Under this agreement, both companies will harness their product and technological strengths to fortify collaboration in key areas such as new energy vehicles, joint modules, construction machinery, eVTOL, and intelligent manufacturing. Notably, this agreement serves as a foundational framework and does not encompass concrete transactions, related deals, or substantial asset restructurings. Fengli Intelligence boasts technological expertise in harmonic and planetary reducers, while In-Power excels in drive systems and motors. The objective of this partnership is to jointly develop reducers for new energy vehicles, construction machinery, eVTOL, and other domains, thereby addressing In-Power's technological gaps in precision transmission components and elevating the integrated 'motor + reducer' product capabilities.
