Hesai Technology's CEO, Li Yifan, has announced that the company will introduce the next generation of LiDAR sensors in 2026, specifically tailored for Level 3 autonomous driving vehicles. This new line-up includes the ultra-long-range ETX LiDAR and the pure solid-state FTX LiDAR designed for blind-spot coverage. To date, Hesai's ATX LiDAR has surpassed 50,000 units delivered, and the ETX boasts a remarkable ranging capability of up to 400 meters, securing partnerships with leading European automakers. The company further anticipates reaching a LiDAR delivery milestone of 200,000 units by 2025, with its flagship product, the AT128, offering a detection distance of 200 meters and high-definition global resolution.
