Jinwo Shares has unveiled its intention to secure up to RMB 950 million from select investors through a private placement. The funds will be allocated towards the expansion and modernization of its intelligent manufacturing hub for bearing rings, the establishment of a production facility in Mexico, the augmentation of forging capabilities, and the enhancement of working capital.
