The vehicle accelerated swiftly from under 30 kilometers per hour to an astonishing 120 kilometers per hour, amidst a heavy flow of civilian traffic, creating an extremely hazardous scenario. The incident took place on Ba'nan Avenue, located in Ba'nan District, Chongqing.
