Recent data from the Tianyancha App reveals that two new companies, Suzhou Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd., have been consecutively established. These companies are led by Luo Jun and Zhang Yongcan as their respective legal representatives, with registered capitals of 10 million and 20 million yuan. Their operational scope encompasses the sale of complete new energy vehicles, the distribution of electric accessories for such vehicles, and the management of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. According to shareholder information, both enterprises are wholly owned subsidiaries of Times Electric Service Technology Co., Ltd., which is part of the CATL group.
