Yesterday, the largest vehicle-to-grid (V2G) interaction program in China was successfully launched within the operational domain of China Southern Power Grid, encompassing 63 cities across five provinces and regions: Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Hainan. The initiative saw the participation of over 100,000 new energy vehicles, resulting in an interactive electricity volume of 500,000 kWh. This marks the first time that such a V2G program has achieved interprovincial linkage, affirming the practicality of V2G technology in both technological applications and business models.
