Trevor Milton, the visionary behind the hydrogen-powered truck startup Nikola, has been granted a pardon by former President Trump following his conviction on fraud charges. In October 2022, Milton was found guilty of securities fraud and two counts of wire fraud, stemming from misleading statements he made to investors regarding the company's advancements. Despite being sentenced to four years in prison in December 2023, he had posted a $100 million bail while awaiting his appeal.
