Avita is expediting its initial public offering (IPO) in Hong Kong, aiming to submit a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange by the second quarter of this year and complete the listing process in the fourth quarter. The brand, which was jointly established by Changan, Huawei, and Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL), is currently undergoing the record-filing and advisory stages, with Huatai International proposed as the sponsor. Established in 2018, Avita Technology later welcomed Huawei and CATL as strategic investors, thereby forming the "CHN" collaboration model and aiming to emerge as a leading global brand for high-end smart electric vehicles.
