On March 25, Xiaomi revealed that it has welcomed at least five seasoned executives from BMW to its ranks, who will contribute to the company's European Research and Development (R&D) center. While the precise location of this center remains undisclosed, it is noteworthy that last year, Xiaomi recruited Rudolf Dietrich, a 15-year BMW veteran, to lead its European R&D endeavors. Dietrich's resume also boasts experience with the Williams and Sauber Formula One racing teams.
