At a recent communication meeting, Li Bin, the founder of NIO, disclosed that while the company has significantly invested in intelligence and technology research and development, it has fallen short in promoting these efforts. This has led to a lack of understanding among external stakeholders regarding NIO's technological prowess. Moving forward, NIO plans to further increase investments in chips, operating systems, intelligent driving, and other cutting-edge areas, while also emphasizing that the company's battery swapping advantage should not overshadow its other technological achievements. Li Bin stressed the importance of achieving profitability in the fourth quarter of this year, noting that it is crucial for the company's long-term development. Furthermore, NIO will introduce nine new products this year, with the sales service network and battery swap station construction set to be completed in phases.
