On March 24, Deutsche Bank released a research report affirming that XPeng's (09868.HK) fourth-quarter results for fiscal year 2024 were in line with expectations. Given the robust order flow, which surpassed projections, Deutsche Bank has upwardly revised its sales forecast for XPeng to 480,000 vehicles for the current year. This includes 68,000 units of the G6 model and 37,300 units of the G9 SUV. On a quarterly basis, XPeng's sales are anticipated to be 93,000, 107,000, 132,000, and 148,000 vehicles respectively, driven by the expansion of its product lineup. Consequently, Deutsche Bank predicts that XPeng will achieve a net profit of RMB 627 million for fiscal year 2025, marking a notable improvement from the previously forecasted net loss of RMB 1.041 billion. In light of these projections, Deutsche Bank has increased its target price for XPeng to HK$110 and maintained a "Buy" rating.
