Tesla has initiated a recall for 46,096 Cybertrucks manufactured and sold in the US market within the first 15 months, citing interior safety concerns. According to a report submitted to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, approximately 1% of these vehicles contain defects. Tesla has acknowledged that the steel trim on the Cybertruck's exterior employs an adhesive that is "susceptible to environmental embrittlement," potentially leading to detachment from the body.
