Maserati has officially terminated the MC20 Folgore project, an electric supercar initially slated for release this year. Back in 2020, upon the unveiling of the gasoline-powered MC20, Maserati pledged to introduce an electric variant equipped with a potent 700-horsepower three-motor system. However, following the launch of the gasoline model in 2022, the electric version has failed to make significant progress, leading to the shelving of the entire project.
