On March 3, Thalys Automobile's Legal Department issued a statement alleging that Wu XX had fabricated and disseminated rumors on the Douyin platform regarding a fatal car accident involving AITO vehicles. Thalys has subsequently gathered evidence and reported the incident to the public security authorities. On February 27, in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Penalties, the public security authorities imposed a penalty on Wu XX. On the same day, Wu XX issued a public apology accompanied by a handwritten pledge.
