On March 2, Shenzhen witnessed the groundbreaking collaboration between BYD and DJI, as they jointly introduced the intelligent in-car drone system dubbed "Lingyuan." At the event, Wang Chuanfu, Chairman of BYD Group, emphasized that this system represents the culmination of meticulous research and development efforts shared by both companies. Having delved into drone technology since 2016, BYD has now successfully transitioned the "Lingyuan" system from rigorous testing and safety certification to mass production. This milestone positions BYD as the first automaker globally to mass produce in-car drones.
