On February 28, Polestar Technologies, a collaborative venture between Polestar Automotive and Starry Ji Meizu, announced that its operations remain unaffected and that the company has undertaken a restructuring of its organizational framework to better align with market dynamics and enhance operational effectiveness. Notably, this restructuring process will not impact car owners' rights nor vehicle services. Following the Spring Festival, it has been reported that Polestar Technologies initiated a reduction in workforce, affecting approximately 50 employees across departments such as sales and operations. The affected employees will be compensated according to the standard N+1 severance package.
