Thalys has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Thalys Automobile, intends to acquire a 10% stake in Shenzhen Winhope Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a Huawei-affiliated company, for a total of RMB 11.5 billion. As per the "Equity Transfer Agreement," the prerequisites for the second payment and delivery have now been fulfilled, and the parties have designated February 28, 2025, as the official transaction completion date. Winhope Intelligent has furnished Thalys Automobile with the necessary capital contribution certificate and updated shareholder register, while Thalys Automobile has promptly remitted the second installment of RMB 5.75 billion to Huawei, as stipulated in the agreement.

Moving forward, both parties will expedite the industrial and commercial registration of the equity transfer, ensuring a smooth and orderly progression towards the final delivery of the transaction.
