Tesla's automation subsidiary has recently acquired a portion of the assets from the bankrupt German engineering company, Manz. This acquisition encompasses the factory, real estate, movable physical assets, and over 300 employees based in the Reutlingen district. The transaction is pending approval from German antitrust regulators.
