At the China Electric Vehicle 100 Forum on February 25th, Ouyang Minggao, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, stated that the initial installation of all-solid-state batteries does not constitute a revolutionary breakthrough. Instead, it marks a transformative milestone only when large-scale deployment is achieved and the market share surpasses at least 1%. He projected that China's all-solid-state batteries will be incorporated into vehicles by 2027, but it will take an additional five to ten years for these batteries to attain a 1% market share.
