Recently, eight ministries, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Transport, have commenced the second phase of pilot projects aimed at the comprehensive electrification of vehicles in public sectors. Tianjin and Changzhou are among the ten selected regions participating in this initiative. These pilot projects aim to foster innovation and adoption of cutting-edge technologies and models in areas like vehicle-to-grid (V2G) interaction, photovoltaic energy storage and charging, and intelligent connectivity. It is estimated that these projects will facilitate the deployment of over 250,000 new energy vehicles and the construction of more than 240,000 charging stations, ultimately aiming to significantly expand the market penetration of new energy vehicles.
