Tesla China has recently commenced a phased rollout of the 2024.45.32.12 software update, heralding the official launch of the urban Autopilot feature. This milestone also marks the debut of Tesla's Full Self-Driving (FSD) system in China. Nonetheless, on the very night of the update, some owners who received the FSD upgrade found themselves banned from using it due to improper behavior, including distracted driving and prolonged periods without holding the steering wheel. Consequently, the FSD feature was temporarily suspended and will be reinstated in approximately one week. Tesla underscores that FSD is an advanced driving assistance feature that necessitates constant driver attention and readiness for intervention.
