The Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization (WTO) has granted China's request to investigate Turkey's restrictions on imports of electric vehicles from China, under the case reference "DS629". This marks the second occasion where China has initiated a request for the establishment of a dispute settlement panel, with the objective of adjudicating on Turkey's measures against electric vehicles and other vehicles originating from China.
