NIO's Western Sichuan Grand Loop battery swap route is now fully operational. Stretching 3,667 kilometers and featuring 22 battery swap stations along the way, the route connects multiple renowned destinations and 20 A-level scenic areas. Starting from Chengdu, drivers can complete a self-driving tour of the Western Sichuan loop entirely reliant on battery swap services. This route represents the culmination of NIO's strategic partnership with the Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, with both parties exploring the integration of culture, tourism, and transportation to create a new self-driving experience that brings together vehicles, stations, scenery, and culture. NIO continues to expand its energy replenishment infrastructure across the southwestern plateau, having previously completed several plateau self-driving battery swap routes. With the Western Sichuan Grand Loop now connected, these routes have interlinked into a network, further enriching pure electric plateau self-driving solutions. This route also serves as a key node in NIO's "Power Scenic Routes" initiative, and the brand has now completed 93 distinctive self-driving energy replenishment routes spanning diverse terrains. NIO's total number of charging and battery swap stations nationwide has reached 9,801, ranking first in the industry, with cumulative battery swaps exceeding 130 million. This comprehensive energy replenishment network has driven market performance to new heights: cumulative deliveries reached 334,500 vehicles in the first ten months of this year, a year-on-year increase of 38.5%, setting a new delivery record and cementing a strong position in the premium pure electric market in the 400,000 to 500,000 yuan range.
