The board of directors of SAIC Motor has approved a proposal to establish an intelligent driving joint venture together with Momenta and other partners, with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. Under the plan, Momenta will contribute 153 million yuan for a 51% stake, SAIC Motor will contribute 75 million yuan for a 25% stake, and Yandian Technology will contribute 72 million yuan for a 24% stake. SAIC and Yandian will together hold a 49% interest.
