On November 2, Porsche announced that Michael Steiner, a member of the Global Executive Board, will soon step down. He joined Porsche in 2002, became the Executive Board member responsible for R&D in 2016, and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board in 2025. His successor, Jörg Bartels, 52, currently oversees all powertrain development across the company and previously served as President and CEO of Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. (BBAC).
