Li Auto's product line head has responded to the short-term supply shortage of the Samsung 29-inch 6K automotive-grade OLED front cabin screen—the world's first of its kind—customized for the Li MEGA: the issue will affect vehicles rolling off the line between November 10 and December 17, impacting users who locked in their orders during that specific period. Li Auto has rolled out countermeasures: first, it will install the L9 Livis 29-inch 6K LCD front cabin screen, which offers identical specifications and experience, to ensure delivery; starting March 1, 2027, affected users will receive a free, lossless replacement with the original OLED screen in delivery order, with the swap taking only a dozen minutes and having no impact on vehicle quality or resale value; software and OTA experience will be synchronized before and after the swap, and the replaced screen will enjoy the same 5-year/100,000 km warranty as the vehicle; meanwhile, a 3-year MEGA exclusive premium vehicle service package will be provided. Affected users will receive detailed rules via targeted APP push notifications, and product specialists will also reach out one-on-one to answer questions.
