After an 11-day pause, Zunjie Auto, a subsidiary of Hongmeng Zhixing, has recommenced posting on its official Weibo account, with the inaugural update spotlighting the Zunjie S800 Collector's Edition Grand View model. The post featured exclusive images of the vehicle's distinctive Rising Sun and Sun Gold (Rising Sun Gold) paint options, as well as real-life photos, underscoring its luxurious oriental design aesthetic. Earlier, the Zunjie V800 had come under scrutiny after a brake pedal bracket fracture occurred during a third-party extreme braking test, sparking widespread concern. In response, Zunjie clarified that the incident took place under extreme testing conditions and vowed to refine the relevant structural design, while also offering complimentary upgrades to owners of already-delivered vehicles. Subsequently, a joint investigation team comprising three departments was established to assess the situation, resulting in the temporary halt of Zunjie's official Weibo updates. The resumption of posting is perceived as an indication that the brand is regaining its stride post-controversy, striving to redirect public attention towards its product offerings. Nevertheless, the outcomes of the joint investigation team's inquiry are still pending release, and the specifics of Zunjie's pledged optimization upgrades are yet to be implemented.
