Xpeng Motors has revealed that it will be hosting the MONA WORLD car owner gathering in Guangzhou at 7:00 PM on October 29, drawing an anticipated crowd of 5,000 car owners. The event will be packed with diverse activities, such as the collaborative creation of a massive car mosaic, basking in the seaside music while watching the sunset, and indulging in delightful culinary experiences. Additionally, on this very day, Xpeng will also unveil the MONA L05 in China.

Previously, the MONA L05 opened for pre-sale on October 15, with prices spanning from RMB 169,800 to RMB 191,800. Test drives for the vehicle became accessible at dealerships nationwide starting October 22. The MONA L05 is tailored as a spacious five-seater SUV, specifically designed to cater to the family outings and daily commutes of young users. It offers two powertrain options: pure electric and extended-range electric, with a total of five models to choose from.

The vehicle boasts impressive dimensions, measuring 4,870mm in length, 1,930mm in width, and 1,636mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,940mm. The interior is lavishly appointed, featuring a 17.3-inch central control screen, a 17.3-inch rear-seat entertainment screen, and a 26.8-inch W-HUD head-up display system, all seamlessly integrated with Xpeng's intelligent cockpit system.

When it comes to range, the pure electric version of the MONA L05 offers two CLTC range options: 535km and 635km. The extended-range electric version, on the other hand, boasts a maximum CLTC combined range of up to 1,310km, with a pure electric range of 310km.

Regarding advanced driving assistance and safety features, the MONA L05 is outfitted with 17 active safety functions. This includes a standard all-scenario tire blowout stabilization feature, which encompasses automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assistance, blind spot monitoring and warning, as well as emergency steering avoidance, ensuring a safe and secure driving experience.
