On October 12th, reports surfaced indicating that the 150,000th new energy commercial vehicle from BYD—the Q3 pure electric tractor—recently rolled off the assembly line at the Huai'an BYD Truck Smart Factory. BYD emphasized that mainline logistics transportation imposes stringent demands on energy replenishment efficiency, power performance, and reliability. Leveraging BYD's proprietary three-electric technology, the Q3 pure electric tractor is outfitted with a specialized blade battery. Its motor achieves a peak power output of 600kW and supports dual-gun rapid charging, thereby meeting the rigorous requirements of heavy-duty, long-distance transportation. Looking ahead, BYD is committed to further deepening its presence in the mainline heavy-duty truck market and driving the advancement of green logistics.
