Today marks a significant milestone as FAW, Toyota, and GAC have inked a strategic alliance framework agreement. Following a series of constructive negotiations, it has been agreed that GAC will acquire a 50% equity stake in FAW Toyota, currently held by FAW, through a share issuance mechanism. Upon the successful completion of this transaction, FAW Toyota will continue to operate autonomously, while FAW will emerge as a pivotal strategic shareholder of GAC.
