On October 2, Tesla announced on Friday that its automotive deliveries in the third quarter reached 486,532 units, surpassing the average Wall Street analyst expectation of 456,896 units. This growth was primarily driven by a recovery in sales in the European market, which had previously experienced a slump. The data suggests that after two consecutive years of declining sales, Tesla's core automotive business may be stabilizing. To avoid a third consecutive annual decline in deliveries, Tesla needs to deliver at least 311,448 vehicles in the fourth quarter. Analysts believe that Tesla's gradual rollout of Full Self-Driving (FSD) software in Europe, which has now been approved for use in eight countries, will further boost sales growth.
