On September 30, according to documents from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Tesla has signed multiple financing arrangements, including a $20 billion three-year delayed drawdown term loan, an $8 billion five-year revolving credit facility, and a $2 billion 364-day revolving credit facility. Meanwhile, Tesla has terminated its existing revolving credit agreement. The new five-year revolving credit facility allows for the issuance of letters of credit up to $500 million, with the three-year loan maturing on September 29, 2029. Additionally, Tesla's revolving credit facility can be increased by up to $4 billion, bringing the total to $14 billion.
