On September 28, at the press conference for the 2026 World Intelligent Connected Vehicles Conference, Hao Lishun, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Equipment Industry at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, revealed that the ministry, in collaboration with relevant departments, has recently issued the '15th Five-Year Plan' for the Development of the Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Industry. The plan aims to build a global industrial and supply chain, enhance overseas development service capabilities, and support foreign-invested enterprises in investing and cooperating in China, thereby creating a first-class market-oriented, law-based, and international business environment and propelling global industrial cooperation to new heights. During the '15th Five-Year Plan' period, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will deepen international trade and investment cooperation, improve supporting measures such as cross-border logistics, investment, and financing, while strengthening overseas risk prevention and corporate compliance construction, guiding enterprises to steadily and orderly expand into overseas markets.
