The company aims to raise between $300 million and $400 million through this listing. Victura has already commenced preliminary talks with various investment banks and is anticipated to confirm its choice of intermediary institutions within the next few months. The IPO is tentatively scheduled to take place later next year, with the raised capital likely to be channeled towards business expansion initiatives.
