On the morning of September 11, the fourth creditors' meeting for the bankruptcy reorganization of Hozon New Energy, Neta Auto's parent company, was convened online to vote on the draft Reorganization Plan. Based on the draft details shared by the creditors, 'Taiyi Shenglian' has been put forward as the reorganization investor, pledging a 3 billion yuan investment to facilitate Hozon New Energy's reorganization and acquiring roughly 70.62% of its equity stake. Out of this investment sum, 1.167 billion yuan will be earmarked for settling relevant claims and bankruptcy costs, with the residual 1.833 billion yuan earmarked to bolster Hozon New Energy's working capital, thereby underpinning its post-reorganization operations and growth.
