The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, in collaboration with the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, the Shanghai Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau, as well as Shanghai Customs, has jointly released the Pilot Scheme for the Importation of Used Key Auto Parts for Research, Development, and Testing Purposes in Shanghai. The scheme outlines that during the pilot phase, efforts will be undertaken citywide to establish a 'pilot list' mechanism. This mechanism aims to guarantee the secure and regulated importation of items included on the list. Pilot enterprises and the products they import will be publicly disclosed via the 'pilot list', with the list subject to dynamic adjustments, typically every six months, in accordance with established principles.
